PRESS RELEASE: PLEDGE FOR WOMEN’S FOOTBALL

We are delighted to have had in attendance at our home game yesterday a number of special guests for the making of a wonderful announcement to support advance womens football.

An Albanese ALP Government have pledged the sum of $1.3m for the construction of a pavilion building with women change rooms and a gym.  This much needed infrastructure will assist greatly in ensuring our girls have the same opportunity as our boys and will assist in achieving Football Australia’s goal of 50/50 gender equity in participation by 2027.
